I’ve taken these probotics for over 3 weeks now and they really helped me become regular in my bowel movement and now I go everyday. Usually I would go once a week which was horrible. I have also seen great improvement in my body absorbing vitamins from what I eat because my skin is now becoming clearer especially with the acne scaring on my face. Before I would eat salads all the time but would not see the effects of it in my body. Now with these probiotics, I’m noticing certain changes. This includes clearer and brighter skin and clearer urine. I’ve also lost stubborn water weight that my body was always holding that made me look bloated. Additionally, I urinate more often which is a plus.

On another note, one of the main reasons I took probiotics was for my acne, My digestive system was very food sensitive and would break out every time I ate something, but I feel these probiotics are slowly helping and building my gut flora so I won’t have those food sensitivities anymore and I will be acne free!

And just to add, the first week I took these probotics, I broke out on my face like crazy and My skin itched at times. When this happened I was scared at first but I did my research and it was said that the probotics would start flushing out toxins and bad bacteria out of the body and it would show in different ways such as flu-like symptoms, rashes, acne and so on. This is due to the body pushing out these toxins and bad bacteria. Pretty much my body was going through detoxification with these probiotics. So don’t worry or be scared when you take them. All those side effects went away after the first week and now I’m seeing the benefits.

If you have ever had your gull bladder removed, I whole hartedly recommend this probiotic. Even if you haven't and you just want some digestive support, this is the supplement to go with.

If you take one with a meal it's nearly instantaneous results which is incredible. As long as I take one capsule a day I don't have to worry about having to make 15+ trips to the bathroom after eating. The relief I have from taking these is bar-none and the fact that I can trust that I'm not going to evacuate my bowels every time I eat a snack can't be put into words.If I was say going to be in the car driving for say 5 hours I would take two before leaving even on an empty stomach for peace of mind. They haven't failed me yet.
