I take this before eating and have had reduced discomfort from certain food choices. I consider a good enzyme to be part of any meal preparation, especially as I get older. The overall help it provides can best be measured on how well I feel after a meal. If I get bloated, gassy, sleepy, restless, or sore/inflamed then I know my food did not settle or get broken down effectively. This enzyme does the job.

I'd say that these are so far the most potent enzymes especially for digesting dairy and animal protein/fat. The price is amazing for its effectiveness and works well for anyone with digestive concerns. The more expensive brands may not be worth it for everyone, including me, so just listen to your body's response and stop relying on the hype. This is a winner!

These supplements are life changing

This product is AMAZING. I have tried everything- probiotics, lemon water, miralax, fiber supplements, you name it. I was always extremely bloated, in terrible pain, not able to have a normal bm, and just plain miserable. These supplements are life changing and I am SO happy I have them in my life now! Wish I knew about them before!
