This supplement gave me the boost

I was looking for something to give me a bit of a boost in losing the last of my weight loss goal (down 110 lbs with 35 lbs to go), but I was pleasantly surprised with the energy. A reasonable price

This appears to be a good version of Keto BHB at a reasonable price. Although I've only been on it a week, I definitely am slimmer through my midsection and dropped 6 pounds. Only gave it a 4 as I need to see what it does over time and what the long term effects are.

It does a really good job of helping me with my stress eating

I've been using this product for about a little over 1 month and I can say it does a really good job of helping me with my stress eating. I've been doing a combination of taking 2 of these a day with intermittent fasting. So far I have lost 15 lbs. The directions say to take 2 preferably after a meal. However, I have been taking 2 on an empty stomach when I wake up and it does the trick for me at least. I highly recommend this product.
