The key to self-control
Let us all admit that sometimes, we wanted to give in to having more foods (or unhealthy ones). The following will help you fight the urge to break what you did so far.
- Prepare - Know when the best time or instances will make you break your calorie budget and stop doing healthy activities. Learn to fight them by doing the reverse of your 'evil' urges.
- Assess - Check your place or area, and see those that invite you to stop doing the best for yourself. For example, remove unhealthy options from your pantry to help you make better choices whenever you open them.
- Write - Having a plan, and an easy view will help you battle the bad practices whenever the urge comes.
