Understanding satiety
In this topic, let us understand what satiety is. Merriam-Webster defines Satiety as ‘the revulsion or disgust caused by overindulgence or excess.’ When the word is used with food, it would mean that it is eating beyond being full.

Some on a calorie budget stick to their plan, but sometimes they distribute the calories into a lot of meals a day (including the times you have considered it a snack). This makes someone look forward to eating more.
It is better to have a regular eating plan that you can follow with fewer meals. It is recommended to have 3 to 5 meals a day.
It is also essential to assess how you feel after every meal. It should make you feel full that you do not crave a small snack or a piece of dessert!
