Lesson 6 (Week 1): Eating Habits

We are all aware that not everyone has the same eating habits. Aside from that, we know that unhealthy eating habits contribute to weight gain or excessive weight loss which both are not good for the body.

Remembering the previous topics, start now by having an eating habit of those that are good for your body such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.

This is the time to leave behind the eating habits that do not contribute to having a healthy body. Abandon mindless eating and even when you are not hungry. Learn how to lessen eating foods that can give you too much pleasure, such as sugary desserts.
